We are offering those with Outbound Sales experience an ideal opportunity to have a successful career in the Property Industry.

Full training is given as well as the potential to further your career into other areas of the business.


The role:

To help the business grow through effective handling of inbound and outbound sales and service enquiries. You will be liaising with customers who wish to sell or view a property. You’ll be comfortable in assessing their situation and passionate about agreeing on an option that will work best for them from the range of services we offer.

You will often be the first point of contact for many of our customers and as such should provide a seamless customer service experience by providing exceptional service for our customers and network of Regional Valuers.

You will be a highly motivated individual, a self-starter, with the ability to identify every new business sales opportunity for valuations and associated services such as financial services and conveyancing.

  • Handling large volumes of calls (inbound and outbound) from customers, offering a seamless service promoting all services.
  • Able to build effective relationships with customers over a period of time until they are ready to sell their property.You'll have a passion for looking after your future client base.
  • To ask relevant and appropriate questions of the customer in order to identify and maximise sales opportunities
  • To accurately input, update and maintain customer records in the Simba CRM working within an audit trail environment to ensure brilliance in all aspects of customer service delivery
  • Competent in booking customer appointments in line with diaries
    • £17,000 - £18,000 basic - realistic £25,000 + OTE uncapped
    • Opportunities to progress to Team Leader and managerial positions for consistent top performers
    • New clients provided every month, music to the ears of hungry sales superstars!
    • Portfolios contain entirely motivated vendors
